Climb aboard and help toss a line to veterans in need.
While in service, Veterans amass invaluable skills that uniquely position them for prosperity in the data center industry. Their resourcefulness, challenge-solving skills, and ability to swiftly navigate unusual circumstances enhance their suitability for success in high-stakes situations. These features are crucial in digital infrastructure, where detail coordination and leadership are paramount for successful operations. STACK champions a diverse workforce, placing a special emphasis on veterans across our teams, particularly within Critical Operations. Through initiatives like Heroes of the Sea and our collaboration with the Pacific Northwest Chief Warrant Officers Association (CWOA) Chapter, STACK and its industry allies honor the courageous individuals safeguarding our coastlines and subsea cables while paving the way for achievement in tomorrow’s dynamic world of data centers.
The Pacific Northwest CWOA of the U.S. Coast Guard has established a dedicated endowment to provide permanent support for critical initiatives such as emergency aid, service member advocacy, educational assistance, and legal guidance for members of the Coast Guard community. The endowment is professionally managed by the Coast Guard Foundation, ensuring trusted oversight and long-term growth. Last year’s Heroes of the Sea event surpassed $2.1 million in lifetime proceeds, none of which are used to cover administrative or fundraising expenses. Every dollar of the endowment is preserved and invested to generate ongoing impact for generations to come.
We would be deeply honored with your presence and participation in this charitable event where you can fish side-by-side with some of its beneficiaries whose diligent protection of the coastline and its thousands of miles of submersed cabling help our industry thrive. Your philanthropy would be greatly valued by STACK, the CWOA, and veterans everywhere.
